Updated results of the general rating of elite class residential estates were just announced. Despite the fact that the rating in this category is considered to be the most rigorous, they made it even more demanding for the third quarter of 2017 and added more exact requirements to evaluate like the number of apartments per floor, the number of parking places available in the underground parking, height of ceilings, location, etc. According to the new rating the Boulevard of Fountains residential estate has once again been recognized as the leader of the rating and even improved its position by 0.22 points im comparison to the previous edition.
